John Brooks was raised in Southern California where he resided until 2015. He relocated to Erie County for a slower way of life and so he could focus on what truly matters, his family. He enjoys spending downtime watching his children grow and sharing these times with his wife.

For the past 20 yrs John has worked in home improvement and repair. His experience provides a keen eye for the details in home construction many might miss at first glance. It’s always nice having a second set of helpful eyes!

John loves assisting buyers, sellers and investors in any of their residential real estate endeavors. He embraces the challenges and prides himself in “outside the box” solutions. The goal, at the close of any transaction, is his clients shock at how easy the process was.
